Producer Rohit Shetty has excused reports that he has marked entertainer Sidharth Malhotra to feature his series about cops and said the task is as yet a work in progress. There was hypothesis that the “Shershaah” star was set to deal with the Sushwanth Prakash-executive, which would have Shetty as the showrunner. In a meeting with PTI, the producer said the group had just composed the show’s first draft however needed to require everything to be postponed as his much-anticipated activity film “Sooryavanshi” was preparing for a delivery.
“Not Sidharth Malhotra, the entertainer isn’t yet finished. We are arranging a web series, it is a cop-based show yet nothing is finished. We have kept in touch with one draft. However, in the middle of everything changed – theaters began opening, we needed to shut down the entirety of our work and focus exclusively on ‘Sooryavanshi,” Shetty said.
“Sooryavanshi”, the cop-show featured by Akshay Kumar, hit the auditoriums during the Diwali weekend, just about one-and-a-half years after its booked March 2020 delivery.
