India developed ties with Russia as United States couldn’t do it earlier: Antony Blinken

Attesting that now there is a developing key intermingling between the United States and India, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that New Delhi fabricated its association with Moscow due to legitimate need as the United States was not in that frame of mind to do that prior.
